Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in security technology, physical security systems, or healthcare security operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and cross functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of access control, video surveillance, and safety technologies.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory, privacy, and compliance considerations in healthcare security.

Responsibilities

• Provides management and oversight of the Security Technology team; including performance management, workload prioritization, and professional development.
• Oversees enterprise security technologies, including access control and credentialing platforms, video management (CCTV), visitor management and screening solutions, duress and staff safety systems, and emerging security innovations.
• Ensures systems are operationally reliable, compliant with standards, and aligned with enterprise risk priorities.
• Develops and maintains technology roadmaps, lifecycle plans, and upgrade strategies.
• Acts as primary Security Liaison to Medical Groups and Ambulatory Practices, collaborating with physicians and operations teams to align solutions with workflows.
• Manages vendor relationships, contracts, and performance; ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Provides executive level updates on progress, risks, and outcomes; leads security incidents and investigations.
