Centerra Gold at the Thompson Creek Mine in Idaho seeks a Technician, Security to protect and secure the site. You will control access, verify contractors and visitors, and manage the main communication hub for emergencies.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to work independently, and familiarity with safety rules. EMT certification is preferred and the company offers competitive hourly wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• EMT certification preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor site access and security.
• Check-in and verify contractors and visitors.
• Monitor and direct incoming calls and operate security communications hub.
• Log all site traffic (contractors, vendors, deliveries, visitors).
• Perform vehicle inspections and weigh shipments as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety compliance.
