Job summary

E Logic is looking for a certified Security Systems Technician to manage preventative maintenance and repairs for high-security installations. This role includes servicing CCTV and PACS systems across Morrisville and Durham and supporting 24/7 operations.

Applicants must have current Pelco VideoXpert certification and training in C-Cure services, along with safety training in working at heights. Candidates must authorize the use of their resumes in a specific government proposal.

Qualifications

• Active certification as a Pelco VideoXpert Certified Solutions Specialist.
• Completion of OEM-recommended training for PACS, specifically C-Cure training.
• Successful completion of OSHA 10-hour training within the past 5 years.
• Comfortable working at heights utilizing specialized lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on CCTV, PACS, and duress components.
• Service and maintain multi-point fiber networks and CAT 6 infrastructure.
• Execute diagnostics and system programming on Pelco VideoXpert platforms.
• Support a 24/7 operational status with rapid response for emergency system failures.
