Atronic Alarms is seeking an Alarm and Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair security systems for residential and commercial customers. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

The technician will install, program, and test alarm systems and cameras, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document all work. Strong customer communication and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certifications a plus.
• Experience in alarm installation or security systems preferred.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.

Responsabilités

• Install, program, and test alarm systems, cameras, and related security equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing alarm systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Communicate with clients professionally and explain system functions and updates.
