Job summary

Federal Protection in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Security Service Technician to install security systems in financial institutions, residential and commercial buildings around Omaha.

Under the direction of the Installation Manager, you will read blueprints, run wiring, install panels, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies. The position offers a full-time schedule, overtime as needed, with a company vehicle, gas card, paid holidays and time off, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work overtime as required and obtain a Class E Driver License.
• Experience with CCTV and low voltage wiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install security systems in financial institutions, residential and commercial buildings.
• Read blueprints and determine wire lengths; cut and connect wires to panels.
• Run conduit and wire harnesses; ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
