Job summary

HireVenture is seeking a Systems Engineer to install, service, and support CCTV, access control, and security systems for enterprise clients. The role requires hands-on technical work across a national footprint, with travel as needed.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams, ensure safety standards, and document all service activity. This full-time, direct-hire position is Memphis-based with compensation in the USD 85,000–95,000 range.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar position.
• Experience with CCTV and Access Control products and services.
• Ability to read and follow installation documents.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lb and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Install & repair CCTV (analog and IP), Access Control, Burglar Alarm, and related equipment.
• Document installation and service activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance on indoor/outdoor equipment.
• Pull wires and operate lifts; work at varied heights.
• Adhere to customer and company safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
