Qualifications

• 3+ years of electronic/physical security design experience.
• 1 year minimum of data center experience.
• Experience designing Access Control, CCTV/Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, and Intercom systems.
• 3+ years of AutoCAD experience.
• Experience producing design drawings, engineered layouts, and as-built documentation.
• Experience creating and revising submittal packages.
• Strong coordination with Project Managers, Sales, Operations, and Customers.
• Bluebeam proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create security system designs and drawings for access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and intercom systems.
• Develop project documentation from design through as-built phases.
• Create and revise submittal packages for customer approval.
• Review project scope and gather design requirements from Project Managers.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, customers, sales, and operations teams throughout project execution.
• Maintain project documentation and design standards.
• Communicate project status, design revisions, and completion timelines to stakeholders.
