Job summary

CAI is seeking a Security Support Analyst for a remote, contract role on the Security Engineering and Cyber Operations team. You will perform basic cybersecurity work to help protect organizational networks, systems, applications, and data from cyber threats while supporting automation initiatives through Agentic AI.

The role involves translating business use cases into autonomous Agentic AI models and collaborating with SMEs to define automated workflows.

Job Description

We are looking for a Security Support Analyst. As a Security Support Analyst on the Security Engineering and Cyber Operations team, this position will perform basic cybersecurity work to help protect organizational and/or partner networks, systems, applications, and data from cyber threats. This role will also assist subject matter experts with process automation through Agentic AI, including defining work processes and translating business use cases into autonomous Agentic AI models. This is a remote, contract role.

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

Salary & Benefits

$27 per hour The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will include 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided
