The Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising all security personnel assigned to their shift (Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) and ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all security personnel assigned to their shift (Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.).
• Ensure all posts are properly staffed; coordinate coverage for call-offs and emergencies.
• Conduct routine patrols and site inspections to verify officer performance and property security.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all shift security operations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum 2–3 years of security experience.
• Previous supervisory or lead officer experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in report writing and basic computer systems (incident reporting, access control, CCTV).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable).
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background and fingerprint investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Military or law enforcement background (a plus).
