Job summary

Ranger American is a full-service security provider hiring a Supervisor to oversee daily security operations on assigned shifts in Puerto Rico. Responsibilities include patrols, inspections, incident reporting, and ensuring safety across client sites.

The role requires leadership, timekeeping, and the ability to coordinate with security teams. The candidate should have proven supervisory experience in security, a valid driver’s license, and be able to use computers, tablets, or smartphones.

Qualifications

• Full time availability.
• Must report in San Juan, Rio Grande, or Caguas.
• Driver's license.
• Proven experience as Supervisor or relevant role in security.
• Ability to work with computers, tablets or smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Patrol client accounts, supervise and inspect sites.
• Observe and report activities and incidents to ensure safety of client property and personnel.
• Perform periodic patrols to check for irregularities.
• Preserve order and enforce site regulations and directives.
• Protect evidence at incident scenes and during investigations.
• Respond to incidents promptly.
• Prepare logs and reports as required.
• Fill in for officers during vacation, sickness or no-call-no-show.
