Securitas is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to oversee security operations within a healthcare environment in New Milford, CT. This position leads overnight security staff and helps maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, employees, and facility property.

The role requires prior security experience and supervisory skills; healthcare security experience is preferred. This is a full-time overnight position with benefits and a focus on vigilance and safety during late hours.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required (security or related field)
• Healthcare security experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond effectively during emergencies
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite

Responsibilities

• Friday through Tuesday
• 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Position Overview
