Job summary

Temple Health in Philadelphia is seeking a Security Supervisor (Nights) to supervise and schedule Security Officers, ensure coverage on nights, and coordinate with the Director. The role supports a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.

The position requires responding to hospital emergencies during off hours, maintaining security operations, and ensuring effective collaboration with hospital leadership and facilities teams. Nights shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in security.
• 5+ years in security or law enforcement.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Act 235 lethal weapons training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to Director and resolve staff issues.
