American Security & Investigations in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Security SiteSupervisor to oversee security personnel at local facilities. The role involves leading guards, implementing site policies with the area manager, and ensuring high safety standards in an essential service.

This hourly position requires English proficiency, a minimum age of 21, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Candidates must be able to patrol, walk, climb stairs, and perform CPR as needed.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older is required.
• Gate House Experience is required.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
• Be able to meet physical requirements including walking, patrolling, climbing stairs and performing CPR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead security officers.
• Work with the area manager to implement policies and procedures at assigned sites.
• Conduct inspections to ensure standards are being met.
• Provide direction to officers and apply corrective actions professionally.
• Assist in training and development of officers.
