Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Security Supervisor I to oversee a security shift within NM facilities in Palos Park, IL. You will lead a team, coordinate with hospital staff, and help ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
The role requires shift-records duties, oversight of Video Management and Access Control, and ongoing IAHSS certifications and training to maintain compliant operations.

TheSecurity Supervisor Ireflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Under the direction of Security Services leadership, this position is responsible for supervising the daily operations of a specifically assigned Security Department duty shift at a particular site.
Responsibilities:
This position is full-time, 80 hours per pay period, evening shift, 3:50 p.m. to 12:20 p.m. with alternating weekends and holidays.
