The Security Team at the Hilton Columbus Downtown is currently seeking a Security Supervisor to work at our award-winning property. Join our dynamic and creative environment alongside teammates who share a passion for hospitality!

What will I be doing?

As a Security Supervisor, you will assist with the daily supervision and training of Security Officers/Guards to ensure the safety of guests and team members, as well as the security of the hotel and property. Your responsibilities include:

• Patrolling the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify safety and security risks
• Leading responses to emergency situations such as safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property
• Promoting safe work practices
• Monitoring and developing team member performance, including supervision, evaluations, training, scheduling, and recognition
• Conducting preliminary investigations into incidents, writing reports, and ensuring accurate documentation
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
• Performing Security Officer duties as needed
