Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites, ensuring post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers on post orders and assignments; reviews details with subordinates.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submissions as designated.
• Ensures adequate coverage of posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepares and submits various reports; conducts site inspections and briefings.
