Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee day-to-day security operations at a large, fast-paced facility in Lubbock, TX. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in security supervision, security operations, site management, or contract security leadership.

The Account Manager is responsible for leading security personnel, managing staffing and schedules, maintaining compliance standards, conducting operational audits, and serving as the primary point of contact for site security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of approximately 9 security employees
• Manage employee scheduling and ensure proper staffing coverage
• Coordinate overtime and address staffing gaps as needed
• Oversee daily security operations and monitor site activity
• Utilize CCTV and access control systems to support security operations
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits
• Manage uniform inventory and ensure compliance with company standards
• Complete operational reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Support client expectations through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Promote a professional, safe, and service-focused work environment

Qualifications

Required

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
• Security industry experience or experience in a related operational environment
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and computer-based reporting systems
• Experience managing schedules, staffing, and operational reporting
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

• Experience with CCTV monitoring systems
• Experience with access control platforms
• Security operations or contract security management experience
