Job summary

RadNet, Inc. in Greenville, SC is seeking a Site Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at our facility. You will supervise three Security Guards, coordinate daily shifts, and ensure the site remains safe and secure.

Your responsibilities include monitoring entrances, performing periodic patrols, enforcing access procedures, coordinating with HR and Safety teams, and reporting security incidents promptly. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to remain professional and calm in difficult situations.
• Dependable and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly patrol the facility and property.
• Must be available to respond to security staffing or facility needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the employee entrance and ensure all individuals entering the facility are authorized to be on company property.
• Ensure employees follow required iris/eye-scan procedures when entering the facility.
• Conduct routine walks of the property to ensure gates, doors, and other access points are closed, locked, and secure.
• Monitor for suspicious or unauthorized activity and respond appropriately to security concerns.
• Work closely with Human Resources and Safety management regarding security-related matters.
• Escort employees from company property when requested by Human Resources or management.
• Respond to security incidents and document or report concerns as necessary.
• Ensure Security Guards follow company policies and established security procedures.
