Job summary

KRE Security, LLC is hiring Armed and Unarmed Security Officers in Reading, PA. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with training and development provided. You will create and manage employee schedules, communicate with staff, and coordinate coverage for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and adjust employee schedules across multiple locations.
• Communicate with employees, supervisors, and management by phone and email.
• Respond to call-offs, schedule changes, and staffing needs.
• Coordinate coverage for open shifts.
• Resolve scheduling issues with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Work with Recruiting and Operations to support staffing needs.
• Use Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
• Handle confidential employee information professionally.
