Security Staff are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of residents, staff, visitors, and the public while supporting rehabilitation and successful reentry efforts. In this role, you will supervise adult male felons in the custody of the Flathead Valley Reentry Center and contribute to the safe, orderly, and effective operation of the facility.

QUALIFICATIONS
The knowledge, skills and abilities for this position are typically acquired through a combination of education and experience equivalent to:
High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required.
One year of experience in a security-related field is preferred.
A background check including criminal records check, child/patient/offender abuse registries will be required prior to being hired.
Alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis .
