Job summary

TalentRemedy is recruiting on behalf of a government contractor for a Security Specialist (CSSO/GSSO) to support classified programs at Aberdeen Proving Ground. You will manage security operations, ensure IC/DoD compliance, and coordinate with government security offices across SCIFs and controlled environments.

Responsibilities include handling visits, clearances, and security records, supporting ICD 705 accreditation, and conducting briefings and inspections to protect national security

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community security policies and directives.
• Experience in personnel, physical, and information security disciplines.
• Experience supporting classified facilities and secure programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage security operations for classified environments and SCIFs.
• Ensure DoD/IC compliance with security requirements.
• Coordinate with government security offices to maintain program compliance.
• Maintain and audit security documentation and records.
