Job summary

Tarian seeks a Security Officer to protect and support client sites in New York, providing protective services, customer assistance, and incident response. Compensation listed as 22.00 and full-time benefits are offered, including health, retirement, and voluntary programs.

Responsibilities include maintaining security and safety, deterring illegal activities, and performing other duties as assigned. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications.
• Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tariandriving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).

Responsibilities

• Security Officers are responsible for maintaining security and safety throughout the organization - and serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activities.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
