Qualifications

• Familiarity with CCTV and access control devices.
• Staying alert during patrols and surveillance with attention to safety.
• Full-time, multiple shifts, weekends; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated premises to deter unauthorized access and maintain safety.
• Conduct surveillance using CCTV and security technology to identify threats.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, or alarms and coordinate with authorities.
• Enforce access control by verifying IDs and authorizations.
• De-escalate tense situations using conflict management techniques.
• Perform first aid and CPR until responders arrive.
• Maintain incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records.
