Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Miami, Florida is seeking Security Specialists to support SIS standards across field services, site inspections, emergency response, camera review, and client liaison. You will provide a safe environment for client staff and guests and guide security operations in assigned areas.

You must hold a high school diploma or GED, complete and maintain state Guard Certification, and meet client certification requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must complete and maintain Guard Certification as prescribed by state law.
• Interpersonal skills and a professional attitude are essential.
• Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform.

About the role:The Security Specialists, under the direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor, ensures SIS standards and policies are met in overall field services, operations and functions in assigned area such as: site inspections, emergency response, camera review, client liaison, and special projects as assigned.
