ProSync Technology Group seeks a Senior International Training & Education Security Specialist to support international security cooperation programs across DoD and allied environments. The role advises on security compliance and facilitates secure information exchange with foreign partners.

The candidate will have extensive experience with government stakeholders, foreign military partners, and multinational training initiatives, and must hold an active Secret (or higher) clearance and IAT/IAM

Formación

• Master’s degree or higher required; or a Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Ten+ years of experience in international security programs or related government efforts.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification required (Security+, CySA+, SSCP, etc.).
• Mandatory Secret security clearance or higher.

• Review information-sharing to protect classified and sensitive information.
• Develop security procedures and best practices for international initiatives.
• Coordinate with Foreign Disclosure Offices and security teams to enable authorized exchanges.
• Prepare and deliver security briefings and awareness training for USA and international stakeholders.
• Support international travel authorizations and multinational event planning.
• Evaluate program compliance and recommend improvements.
• Develop reports and status updates on security activities and programs.
• Serve as SME on international security policy and multinational training initiatives.

This senior-level position serves as a trusted advisor responsible for ensuring security compliance, facilitating international collaboration, and supporting the secure exchange of information in support of global training and education programs. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience working with government stakeholders, foreign military partners, and international security programs while navigating the complexities of security policy, foreign disclosure requirements, and multinational operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A Senior International Training & Education Security Specialist will be tasked with the following:

• Lead security support activities for international training, education, and security cooperation programs involving foreign military personnel, allied nations, and multinational partners.
• Coordinate security requirements for international military education programs, training events, conferences, exercises, and partner engagements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable DoD security policies, international agreements, foreign disclosure guidance, and government regulations.
• Advise program leadership and government stakeholders on security considerations associated with international training and educational activities.
• Support planning and execution efforts for multinational engagements involving foreign military representatives and international organizations.
• Review information-sharing activities to ensure proper protection of classified, controlled, and sensitive information.
• Develop security procedures, guidance, and best practices supporting international training and education initiatives.
• Coordinate with Foreign Disclosure Offices, security managers, and program personnel to facilitate authorized information exchanges.
• Prepare and deliver security briefings, awareness training, and educational materials to U.S. and international stakeholders.
• Support international visit authorizations, foreign travel activities, access requests, and multinational event planning efforts.
• Evaluate program compliance with security requirements and recommend corrective actions or process improvements when necessary.
• Develop reports, executive briefings, correspondence, and status updates related to international security activities and training programs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on international security policy, security cooperation activities, and multinational training initiatives.

• Ten (10) or more years of experience supporting international security programs, foreign engagement activities, security cooperation initiatives, military training programs, or related government efforts.
• Experience supporting international training, education, or multinational engagement programs.
• Strong understanding of DoD international security requirements, foreign disclosure processes, and security cooperation policies.
• Experience working with U.S. Government agencies, Combatant Commands, military organizations, allied nations, and international partners.
• Ability to interpret and apply security directives, international agreements, and government regulations.
• Experience developing and presenting briefings to senior military leaders, government officials, and international stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple organizations and mission partners.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide senior-level guidance on international security matters.
• Must hold an active IAT/IAM Level II certification. (i.e. Security+, CySA+, SSCP, GICSP, GSEC, CND, CCNA Security, CASP+/SecurityX, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCNP Security, CCSP, etc.)
• A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• A Master’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university (OR) a Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted.
