Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. in McAllen, Texas seeks a professional security officer to uphold SIS standards across client sites, performing site inspections, escort duties, and incident response.

Under the direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor, you will patrol on foot, ensure a safe environment for client employees and guests, and maintain a professional presence.

We offer $19 per hour, health, dental, vision, and a 401(k), plus paid time off including sick and safe time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) required.
• State Guard Certification as required by state law and client certifications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude.

About the role:The Security Specialists, under the direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor, ensures SIS standards and policies are met in overall field services, operations and functions in assigned area such as: site inspections, emergency response, camera review, client liaison, and special projects as assigned.
