Premier Health Partners is seeking an Armed Security Specialist for Upper Valley Medical Center in Ohio. The role involves protecting persons and property, enforcing hospital rules, and conducting information reports while maintaining a calm presence across campus and facilities.
The position requires OPOTA Basic Security Guard Training with 20 hours firearms training, a valid Ohio driver's license, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Location: Upper Valley Medical Center
Security Specialist means any person's whose primary duties are to protect person's or property. Security Specialist means non-commissioned. Security Specialists are not authorized to exercise commissioned law enforcement actions. Responsible for investigations of criminal offenses that occur on facility property. Enforce facility rules and regulations. Responsible for conducting non-law enforcement information reports on hospital property. Maintain visibility to establish security presence within the medical centers and other assigned areas/facilities. Must be able to thrive in a complex environment and have a passion for public relations
Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED
Preferred educational qualifications: Associate degree
