Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to operate and maintain site-specific security programs.
• At least 1 year of verifiable work experience; military, concierge, or AA/BA in related fields considered.

Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforce client and company policies.
• Observe and report hazards.
• Conduct routine foot patrols.
• Report incidents to operations manager and clients.
• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
