American Electric Power seeks a role supporting Identity and Access Management operations, assisting with provisioning, lifecycle management, and governance activities. Responsible for supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations under the guidance of senior team members. Assists with user access provisioning, account lifecycle management, entitlement administration, and access-related support activities in accordance with established security policies and procedures. Develops a foundational understanding of IAM principals, user registration processes, authentication methods, and access governance practices. Performs routine access reviews, maintains accurate documentation, and helps ensure access requests are processed accurately and timely. Demonstrates strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and a commitment to protecting organizational assets through effective access management controls.
What You'll Do: Essential Job Functions & Tasks:
Work Schedule Requirements: Ability to work on-site five (5) days per week at the designated work location. Ability to work standard business hours and provide consistent in-person support to team members, customers, and business partners. Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule and provide after-hours support as required. Ability to work occasional shift schedules, extended hours, or overtime to support business, operational, and security needs.

Compensation Range: $74,551.00 - $93,188.50
