Job summary

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Patuxent River, MD seeks a Program Security Analyst to oversee day-to-day security tasks, create documentation, and align with internal security procedures.

You will analyze policies, screen access requests, advise high-level program managers, and liaise with DoD and government agencies to ensure proper accreditation and information disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security tasks within the program office and create security documentation aligned with internal procedures.
• Analyze, evaluate and recommend alternatives for program security protection policies, disclosures and accreditation processes.
• Screen program access requests and identify salient points for adjudication; liaise with DoD, Navy, Government Agencies and other Security Offices.
• Serve as the primary security guidance contact for High Level Program Managers on Program Security matters.
• Oversee the security classification management of all documents/information generated in the Program Office.

• You will analyze, evaluate and make recommendations concerning alternative approaches to program security protection policies, disclosure of information and accreditation processes.
• You will be in charge of the screening of program access requests and identify salient and pertinent points for adjudication and communication and liaison with DoD, Navy, Government Agencies, and other Security Offices.
• You will be the primary point of contact in providing security guidance and advice to High Level Program Managers and others on matters pertaining to Program Security data.
• You will oversee the security classification management of all documents/information generated in the Program Office.
