Job summary

STRATCOMMWING ONE seeks a Security Specialist in the SECURITY DEPARTMENT (N3). The position requires GS-11 experience with specialized duties in security management, policy adherence, and program planning across DoD/NATO frameworks.

Proficiency with AIS, JPAS, JCAVS, E-QIP, TASS, DISS, SWFT, and AMPS is essential. The ideal candidate will conduct security inspections, review classified materials, present findings, and lead meetings with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience applying expert knowledge of guidelines, methods, procedures, and techniques applicable to all phases of Security management.
• Knowledge of DOD, DON, NATO physical, personnel, and industrial security policies and procedures.
• Experience implementing security concepts for program planning.
• Experience with AIS, JPAS, JCAVS, E-QIP, TASS, DISS, SWFT, and AMPS.
• Experience conducting Security Inspections and resolving challenges.
• Experience reviewing classified documents and determining proper classification.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience preparing findings, recommendations and leading meetings.

Job description

You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the SECURITY DEPARTMENT (N3) of STRATCOMMWING ONE.

GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• Experience applying expert knowledge of guidelines, methods, procedures, and techniques applicable to all phases of Security management.
• Experience performing a comprehensive and thorough knowledge of DOD, DON, NATO, Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Industrial Security policies, procedures, and governing instructions.
• Experience implementing a wide range of security concepts, principles, or procedures for security program planning.
• Experience contributing a comprehensive knowledge of the following systems: AIS, JPAS, JCAVS, E-QIP, TASS, DISS, SWFT, and AMPS.
• Experience conducting Security Inspections, identifying security challenges, and resolving those challenges.
• Experience reviewing classified documents and determining proper classification.
• Experience presenting and utilizing both oral and written skills.
• Experience preparing and presenting findings and recommendations and leading meetings.
