Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. in New York seeks a dedicated Security Guard to observe and report activities at client sites, patrol premises, and enforce regulations to protect people and property. The role requires standing for most of the shift and weekend availability.

On‑site position with benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401K, PTO, and life insurance. Schedule: Fri/Sat 3:30 PM–11:30 PM; starting pay from USD 27.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must have exceptional Customer Service Skills.
• Must be able to verbally de-escalate situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
