The role requires leadership of security personnel, strong communication, and the ability to maintain a professional presence during day-to-day operations. The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule (6:30 AM–5:00 PM) and compensation of $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • Prior security supervisor experience required.
  • Valid driver's license; Clean MVR.
  • Successful background check and pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support security personnel and daily site operations.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism with clients and authorities during emergencies.
  • Maintain and safeguard sensitive information.
  • Complete reports, documentation, and administrative duties.
  • Use computer and mobile tech to access schedules, reports and correspondence.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at a professional client site. The ideal candidate will have prior security supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a professional presence while effectively managing day-to-day security operations.

Requirements
  • Prior security supervisor experience required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening
  • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable automobile insurance
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Schedule & Working Conditions
  • May occasionally require extended shifts, overtime, or short-notice schedule changes
  • May require on-call availability to respond to emergencies or incidents
  • Position requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, and other physical activities associated with security operations
  • Must be able to read computer and smartphone screens, reports, and correspondence in English
