This hands-on role supervises security personnel to maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment at the Fort Lauderdale site. The position requires security experience, a valid Florida D License, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers assigned to the site.
• Help ensure proper post coverage and adherence to schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor security operations.
• Provide guidance and direction to security personnel.
• Respond appropriately to incidents and security concerns.
• Maintain required reports, logs, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with site management and security leadership.
• Help ensure company and client policies and procedures are consistently followed.
• Support training, coaching, and performance expectations for assigned officers.

SECURITY SITE SUPERVISOR

Fort Lauderdale, FL | $23.50/hour

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

45 Hours/Week
