Job summary

M1 Global is seeking a Site Manager to provide on-site leadership and direction to all security personnel at the client site. You will act as the primary liaison with client site management and oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of shift supervisors and officers.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with client metrics, enforcing internal programs, and driving a service-first culture while maintaining equipment and emergency response readiness.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security site management or related field is required.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of security personnel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and direction to all assigned security personnel.
• Act as the primary liaison with client site management.
• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of shift supervisors and officers.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific performance metrics for site security functions.
• Enforce and execute internal programs, policies, and reporting protocols.

• Oversee maintenance and operation of patrol vehicles and security equipment.
