Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor for its rapidly expanding Corporate Security Division. We provide security services to corporate facilities across the United States. The Security Supervisor reports directly to a Security Manager on-site.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide on-site leadership for security personnel assigned to the corporate facility.
  2. Serve as the point of contact for client management at the facility.
  3. Participate in hiring, supervision, training, scheduling, and development of officers.
  4. Achieve performance metrics set by the client for security functions.
  5. Monitor performance of internal programs, policies, and reporting.
  6. Meet Metro One's standards for expense control, workforce quality, staffing, scheduling, and report filing.
  7. Build productive relationships with client site management and Metro One management.
  8. Maintain effective communication protocols to ensure a productive client relationship.
  9. Consistently deliver services that exceed client expectations.
  10. Maintain all equipment used in security functions on-site.
  11. Lead performance initiatives, emergency responses, and other tasks as required.

Your Background
  • Experience in security, military, corrections, law enforcement, or related fields is a plus.
  • Administrative or corporate operational experience is preferred.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with strong partnership-building skills.
  • Solid and stable work history.
  • Participation in pre-employment screening.
  • State fingerprinting (assistance available).
