Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certified required.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.
• Fingerprint background check and drug screening required.
• State Guard Card required.

Responsibilities

• Make access badges in accordance to SLA.
• Screen associates and determine root cause of activations.
• Monitor post activity to prevent unauthorized access.
• Review CCTV and incident logs.
• Respond to alarms per SLA standards.
• Escort and assist associates with security matters as needed.
