Job summary

FCS Security Services, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer Supervisor to oversee security staff, coordinate post orders, and monitor entrances.

You will lead, mentor, and evaluate team performance while ensuring a secure environment through vigilant patrols and prompt incident reporting. The role requires two years of supervisory experience, state licensing where applicable, and First Aid/CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Eligible to obtain Unarmed Professional Security License as required by state.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required.
• Pass drug screening, driving record check, and background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient English communication, reading, and writing.
• Able to meet physical demands (lifting up to 40 lbs., bending, climbing, running, walking, standing).

You'll help maintain a secure environment by staying alert, following post orders, and documenting important activities throughout your shift.

• Stand guard at assigned posts to maintain visibility and ensure site security
• Observe and report hazards or suspicious activity and complete daily logs and incident reports
• Responding quickly to emergencies or threats

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have minimum of two years supervisory experience
• Must be able to obtain an Unarmed Professional Security License as required by state
• Must be able to obtain a First Aid/CPR/AED certification
• Must be able to pass a drug screening, driving record check and background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
