Job summary

First Coast Security (FCS) is seeking a capable Unarmed Security Officer Supervisor in Colorado City, TX. The role oversees daily post orders, mentors staff, conducts patrols, and maintains site security across multiple shifts, including weekends.

High School Diploma or GED required, with two years of supervisory experience. Candidates must obtain an Unarmed Security License, First Aid/CPR/AED certification, and pass required screenings.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Must be able to obtain an Unarmed Professional Security License as required by state.
• Must be able to obtain a First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening, driving record check and background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient English language communication, reading, and writing skills.
• Able to meet all physical demands, including occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of post orders for all security staff.
• Lead, mentor, coach and provide feedback for employees.
• Conduct patrols and monitor all access points, interior and exterior as required.
• Stand guard at assigned posts to maintain visibility and ensure site security.
• Observe and report hazards or suspicious activity and complete daily logs and incident reports.
• Responding quickly to emergencies or threats.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.

As an Unarmed Security Officer Supervisor, you will ensure the team monitor entrances, complete patrols, assist visitors, and respond to any safety concerns on site. You’ll help maintain a secure environment by staying alert, following post orders, and documenting important activities throughout your shift.
