Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen individuals entering the facility.
• Operate walk-through and handheld metal detection equipment.
• Inspect bags, packages, and personal belongings as required.
• Identify and prevent prohibited items from entering secured areas.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned security areas.
• Maintain awareness of activity around the screening area.
• Provide clear and courteous instructions to visitors.
• Respond appropriately to alarms, incidents, and security concerns.
• Contact supervisors or appropriate personnel when assistance is required.
• Maintain accurate incident and activity reports.
• Follow established security, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude while interacting with the public.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned.
