Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional sales experience in related industry.
• 1-3 years managing a team.
• Verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and satisfaction evaluation.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and adapt to change.
• Excellent time management and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer service excellence to showroom and store layout.
• Meet sales targets by maximizing sales and gross profit.
• Hire, train, and supervise a small team.
• Provide staff coaching and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and weekly staff meetings.
• Ensure safety policies and health regulations are followed.
• Network to improve branch presence and reputation.
• Stay aware of competition and emerging technologies.
• Develop relationships with top accounts and existing customers.
• Schedule regular in-person customer visits with the designated OSR.
• Address customer concerns to achieve best outcomes.
• Plan events, local tradeshow needs, seminars and supplier days.
• Create protocols to protect the store including theft management.
