Job summary

Kemper is seeking a Security Human Risk & Resilience Analyst in Downers Grove, IL, hybrid role. The position focuses on combining security GRC execution with culture and human-risk program design to reduce security threats and improve resilience.

The candidate will work with risk assessments, control design, and data-driven insights, developing education and campaigns to influence behavior and strengthen governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in security GRC including risk assessments, controls, policies, issues, governance, and assurance support.
• Ability to design and measure security-awareness, human-risk, or behavior-change interventions.
• Strong analytics capability and ability to connect security culture to incidents and controls.

Responsibilities

• Execute security risk assessments, control and policy support, issue tracking, governance reporting, and assurance coordination.
• Design targeted security-culture and human-risk interventions based on role, behavior, and risk indicators.
• Develop role-based education and leader toolkits to drive behavior change.
• Analyze GRC, control, incident, phishing, training, and workforce data to identify risk patterns.
• Develop dashboards, KRIs/KPIs, and executive insights aligned to risk outcomes.
• Partner with leaders, HR, Communications, and security teams to implement changes.
