Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Security Risk Manager to join the Policy and Control Operations team within Information Security. The role focuses on security architecture design, platform security, risk management, and government compliance for our federal clients.

You will create and manage ISAs and MOUs, perform CMMC attestations, oversee security reviews, and guide teams through FAR/DFARS and NIST requirements while communicating with stakeholders across the sales and delivery

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship required.
  • 3+ years of experience in security architecture design, cloud security data protection, and cloud platform security principles.
  • 2+ years of experience with government acquisition (FAR/DFARS) compliance and NIST standards for nonfederal systems (NIST SP 800-171 and 171A).
  • 2+ years of experience in security compliance assessment and quality assurance review practices.
  • Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management.

Job description

The Security Risk Manager will work within the Policy and Control Operations team of Information Security. The Security Risk Manager is a well rounded security professional with expertise in security architecture design, platform security, risk management, and government compliance. This role will support security compliance and operation functions bridging gaps between security and the business. An ideal candidate will need to be able to communicate with teams at various levels to support review and consultation activities in the sales pipeline and understanding government security requirements in working with solution architects.

The Work
  • Create and maintain the ISAs and MOUs for all external and internal parties permitted for connection to the AFS network
  • Perform CMMC attestations and complete CMMC questionnaires for client proposals and prime/sub SCRM requirements

What you need

Bonus if you have
  • Experience in reading and reporting on federal government contractual requirements and documentation.
  • Experience using Agile within project or development teams
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISSP-IASSP, CISM, SSCP, SANS GIAC (e.g. GCIA, GCIH, GPEN), CASP, CCNP Security
  • An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$106,300 — $221,100 USD
