Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Security Officer-Responder to protect people and assets at the facility. You will respond to incidents, conduct patrols, manage access control, and document events for post-incident reporting.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of security experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively under pressure. This role requires daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
• Must have reliable communication and transportation.
• Must be able to work daytime, evening, weekend and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to security incidents as dispatched within tier times.
• Conduct interior and exterior facility patrols.
• Prepare incident reports with a Surface Book device.
• Act as Incident Commander until supervisor arrival.
• Escort guests through the facility as needed.
• Monitor SOC cameras and security devices.
• Identify security shortfalls and suggest improvements.
