RiverTech, an Akima company, is seeking a Personnel Security Technician I to support the DHS/USCIS OSI in South Burlington, VT. The role is hybrid and requires residency within driving distance of South Burlington, VT.

Primary duties include processing personnel security cases, data entry, document management, and support across facilities and IT services. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, at least five years of related experience, and strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative and staff support duties.
• Prepare reports and presentation materials; manage inquiries.
• Create, maintain, scan and file personnel security records.
• Review forms for completeness and compliance.
• Data entry in personnel security databases; generate ad-hoc reports.
• Monitor Outlook mailboxes and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with fingerprint cards and inventory control.
• Coordinate IT, room scheduling, and office supplies.
