Job summary

Hive-X, based in the United States, Wisconsin, Town of Belgium, is looking for a Security Engineer/project manager to lead security initiatives within the Digital organization. This role requires managing projects end-to-end while leveraging deep technical knowledge to enhance digital resilience across various domains.

Responsibilities include coordinating security projects, implementing security processes, providing technical expertise, and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Cybersecurity and System Engineering.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in security project management and technical implementation.
• Strong technical background within enterprise IT environments.
• In‑depth knowledge of security concepts, architectures and solutions.
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Broad experience as a System Engineer is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up, coordinate and execute security projects from A to Z.
• Analyse, define and implement security processes, procedures and controls.
• Deploy in‑depth knowledge within modern security platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor for internal stakeholders.
• Apply and advise on common security frameworks and standards.
• Use broad experience as a System Engineer to analyze incidents.
• Promote security policy and best practices within Digital.
