Job summary

HUB International in Chicago is seeking an experienced security professional to lead enterprise safety, travel risk management, and incident response across the US and Canada. You will develop policies, deliver training, and coordinate program rollouts with cross-functional teams.

As the primary on-site security presence at HUB's downtown Chicago headquarters, you will monitor the threat environment, support executives, and coordinate with building security and law enforcement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional security experience incl. events security management and security advance work.
• Experience with threat assessment/threat management and security project management.
• Enterprise-level program management or intelligence/monitoring background (VSOC or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage HUB's enterprise safety and security programs end-to-end including policies, SOPs, and training.
• Lead security planning for events, executive support, and site security at HUB Chicago HQ.
• Monitor threat environment, log incidents in VSOC, and produce threat intelligence.
• Serve as primary intelligence analyst and connect with HR, Legal, and leadership on referrals and interventions.
