Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Branch Flex Officer in Augusta, GA. This part-time role uses a shift-pickup platform to view open shifts across multiple sites, with base pay of $16.00 per hour.

You will perform patrols, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service per site post orders. The position requires 21+ years of age, a valid driver's license, and 1+ year of security experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; clean driving record.
• Be 21+ years old; ability to operate a vehicle.
• Background check required; drug screen as permitted by law.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to interact with the public.
• Ability to use computer or tablet.

Responsabilités

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular conditions that may create security concerns or hazards.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire as needed.
• Warn violators and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departures to protect property and ensure authorized removal.
• Prepare reports on accidents and incidents; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Sound alarms or calls police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensures that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• Must possess a valid Driver’s Licensewith at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws; Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Be at least 21 years of age for role
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
• Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

• Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic)
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
