Job summary

Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Inc. is seeking a weekend security attendant in Braintree, MA, working Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm to 11pm.

The role requires a clean record, valid driver's license, good communication and people skills, plus security experience. Uniforms are provided and background checks are paid.

You will patrol property, perform building checks and observe/report safety, security, or maintenance issues as part of the campus security team.

Qualifications

• Must have clean record (no criminal activity).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Security experience preferred.

Job description

Location :

Braintree, MA ; Greater New England Area

Position available :

Saturday and Sunday - 3pm to 11pm

Pay rate :

$22.00 per hour

Requirements :

• CLEAN RECORD (NO CRIMINAL ACTIVITY)
• VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND GOOD DRIVING RECORD
• MINIMUM OF HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
• GOOD COMMUNICATION AND 'PEOPLE' SKILLS
• SECURITY EXPERIENCE

Duties include :

• Patrols of property
• Building checks
• Observe and report any visible safety, security, or maintenance issues

NOTE: There is a good deal of walking during patrols / Also - we are looking for individuals who will be a positive addition to our staff at this location - those who will be part of the team of professionals assigned there.

We provide uniforms and pay for background checks.
