Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer in the Deer Park area. Earn $14.75 per hour with a $1,000 hiring bonus for new hires. Open availability and TWIC/Driver's License required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• No prior experience required (in some cases).
• Age 18+ (or 21+ if armed).
• Reliability and adaptability to different post assignments.
• Operate radio/telephone equipment and console monitors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork and professional customer interactions.
• Discretion and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions creating security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire in emergencies.
• Warn violators of rule infractions.
• Permit entry and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders.
